Contact Cards
Contact cards displayed in tiHelpdesk customer support help desk and task management system add an additional level of productivity to managing tasks, issues, customer interactions, contacts and resolving internal and external tickets in the help desk.
Contact Cards
A help desk contact card shows you information about a contact in tiHelpdesk.
You can click on a contact's name displayed in tiHelpdesk's task and issue list to display a contact card.
Filter tasks and issues in the help desk for a specific contact by clicking on the issues's icon displayed on the contact card.
Apply additional conditions to a filter by clicking on the filter icon on a contact card.
view the applied filter conditions in the Filter productivity panel.
The filter is also displayed on the tiHelpdesk List tool bar.
Contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers are clickable and will initiate the appropriate action such as opening an email client or calling a phone number.
Clicking the users name will open the users details.
Clicking the video call icon will initiate a video call.
