Help Desk - Email Ticketing

Email tasking turns users email client into an issue and task management interface.  All users can create or reply to email issue and incident tasks without logging on to the help desk dashboard.  Users are not required to log on to the help desk dashboard.
Email notification templates allow the administrator to manage the templates for the notifications sent to help desk users. The email address that is used for sending notifications can be set in the admin module by the help desk administrator. With email as a transport for communicating issues and tasks communicating with customers and staff has never been easier.
