Save Help Desk Filter

 
Depending on user permissions and subscription level, users can save and name search filters for fast access to common searches later. Clicking on the Save filter button opens a save filter Dialog.

Save as Filter Name

1. Save as Filter Name
A unique filter name is required for every saved filter.

Optional Filter Description

An optional filter description can be typed in the provided text box.

Save

After providing a name and optional description, click the save button to save the most commonly used searches and filters.

Close

Click the close button to cancel without saving a commonly used search and filter.
