Help Desk - Watch List / Shared Ownership

 
The Watch List is available from the Main Toolbar by clicking on the Watch List icon.  Watch lists allow additional users to be assigned to an issue or task and receive notifications as well as add replies, notes and files.
 
 
Watch list adds users to a task.  The users added to a watch list will receive notification and be able to add notes and replies as well as edit a task depending on their user permissions.

User Selection Drop Down

The filterable drop down list displays all users and staff members that can be added to the watch list to share ownership of the task in the help desk.

Add Button

After selecting a user in the drop down click on the Add to Watch list button to add the user as a follower.  Users added to the watch list can view the task in the tiHelpdesk instance as well as add replies, public notes and file attachments.

Remove Button

Click the remove follower button or "X" to remove a specific follower from the list of users following the issue or task.

Followers

4. Followers
The list of followers that have been assigned to an issue or task. Follows have access to the issue or task details.
