Free SSL Security for your Help Desk

Each instance of tiHelpdesk's URL is protected with end to end SSL encryption over HTTPS.  tiHelpdesk does not send data over HTTP. tiHelpdesk uses free SSL certificates from Lets Encrypt and automatically applies the SSL certificates to each help desk instance.  We take security seriously.
