The list action tool bar allows the user to jump to and open a specific help desk task, add a new Task, Consumer User / Customer, Company, Product / Group or Agent / Staff member and perform specific actions on one or more tasks or issues, contacts or staff member accounts using bulk actions. Standard bulk actions include: Close, delete, add to watch list and link tasks or issues. Depending on the users privileges and subscription not all features and options may be available.
Jump to Task
Type a issue or task's reference number in the jump to task text box and press enter to open a specific task. If data has been imported from an external help desk a user can lookup a task or issue by the legacy reference number. When a issue or task's reference number is entered into the dialog box proceeded by # character the help desk will open the legacy task or issue based on the issue or task's reference number assigned in the previous help desk.
Add a new Task or issue, Consumer User / Customer, Company, Product / Group or Agent / Staff members to tiHelpdesk by selecting the appropriate option from the New menu.

Depending on on the current subscription, the Watch List button allows a user to add or remove one or more selected tasks to or from a users watch list.
