General tiHelpdesk instance Settings

The name of your site displayed in the header and browser tab.

Description of the site displayed in the help desk web site's META tags.

Site Keywords displayed in the help desk web site's META tags.

This setting currently cannot be modified and is pre-configured.  Help desk customization may require that this value is modified by our support team.  If you quire additional pages or features on your help desk configuration, please contact our support staff.

Click to upload logo file from local file storage.  Files wih a transparent background or clearly defined boarder will provide the best presentation

Delete the uploaded logo image file by clicking on the delete logo button.  

Next task number text box allows the administrator to define the next auto assigned issue or task's reference number that will be used by the tiHelpdesk instance.

This value cannot be modified.  All connections to tiHelpdesk instance will require HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or newer.

Time zone allows the administrator to set the default time zone value for the tiHelpdesk instance.

The message that should be displayed to users when maintenance mode is toggled on.

Maintenance mode  displays a friendly message to users who attempt to access the site.  Maintenance mode prevents users from logging on while maintenance mode is toggled on.

Save configuration changes.

To cancel saving configuration changes and revert to previous settings click cancel saving.
