Help Desk Administration
The tiHelpdesk instance site administration is accessible from the administration URL that is emailed to the site owner when they signed up for a task system. The administration module for tiHelpdesk allows you to define the site's General Settings, System Configuration, Notifications, Manage Your Subscription, Configure the Settings, Configure Video Conferencing , Email Settings and Import.
You must click on the confirmation email that was sent to the email address used at the time of registering if you want to have access to the administration and configuration setting for the tiHelpdesk instance.
The availability of the tiHelpdesk instance's features is determined by user permissions and most importantly by the current subscription level. Many features require a paid subscription. Different paid subscription options provide access to different features. Current help desk features, options and their availability is subject to change without notice.
