Help Desk - Companies and Divisions

 
Companies and Divisions allow consumer users to be grouped together.  In the Consumer User Details settings you can grant the user the right to view all issues or tasks belonging to a Company or Division. 
 
The company or division field allows you to group users.  The default terminology in tiHelpdesk for this field is "Company," however this term can be changed in the help desk administration settings.  This field can be renamed according to your specific requirements.
