Help Desk - Bulk Actions

 
Perform a specific action on one or more issues or tasks, Consumer Users or Staff Members and Agents accounts using bulk actions. Standard bulk actions include: Close, Delete, add to Watch List and Link Issues and Tasks.
 
Depending on the users privileges and subscription not all features and options may be available.

Selection Checkbox

1.  Selection Checkbox
To perform a bulk action you select one or more issues or tasks in the  grid list by clicking on the  selection checkbox to select multiple issues or tasks.
 

 
Then select the bulk action that you want to perform on the selected issues or tasks from the Action Toolbar at the bottom of the issues or task list. You will be prompted for additional information required to complete the bulk action if required.

Bulk To-Do List

1. Bulk To-Do List
Depending on the current subscription, the To-Do button allows a user to add or remove one or more selected issues or tasks to the assigned users To-Do List.  Requires that an issue or task has a staff member or agent assigned in order for a ticke to be added to a staff member or agent's task list.

Bulk Watch List

2. Bulk Watch List
Depending on the current subscription, subscription the Watch List button allows a user to add or remove one or more selected issues or tasks to or from a users watch list.

Bulk Assign

3. Bulk Assign
Depending on the subscription level the Bulk Assign button allows a user to assign a staff member or agent to one or more selected issues or tasks.

Depending on on the current subscription, the Close button allows a user to Close one or more selected issues or tasks.

Bulk Delete

5. Bulk Delete
Depending on on the current subscription, the Delete button allows a user to Delete one or more selected issues or tasks. Issues or tasks that are deleted are not visible unless the Filter and Search Panel "Show deleted tasks" checkbox is check. Deleted issues and tasks are permanently removed 30 days after they are deleted. restore deleted records including issues and tasks, customers, staff, companies, product or groups see the help section on Restore Deleted Records.

Depending on on the current subscription, the supplemental menu allows you to perform additional bulk actions on one or more selected issues or tasks.

Link Tickets

1. Link Tickets
Select linked tasks menu option to create a relationship between multiple selected issues and tasks. To find out more about linked issues and tasks refer to the Linked Tickets help section.
