Task Due Date's Settings

 
Add custom Status values and define List display colors for each task based on its status. Define the field caption associated with the "Status " field that displays for Agents and Staff and Consumer Users. Set the field visibility and requirements for Agents and Staff and Consumer Users when submitting a new task or issue or editing and existing task or issue.
 
Editing and modifying the available statuses and related settings may not be available depending on the subscription level.

Determines if this field and its value is visible to the Consumer Users.

Can the consumer user set the value for this field when entering a task or issue in the help desk.

Determines if this field requires a value in order for the help desk task or issue to be submitted by a Consumer User.

The field label that is displayed to consumer users for this field in tiHelpdesk.

Save the changes to the field settings.

Cancel the changes to the field settings and revert to previous settings.
