Help Desk - List Toolbar

 
List Tool bar allows the user to sort the task list.  The tool bar also displays filters applied to the task list. Filters may be removed from the filter criteria by clicking the red X next to the filter criteria.

Select All

To select all tasks check the List header checkbox.  To deselect all tasks un-check the List header checkbox.

Sort by Date

To change the task sort date select the sort date criteria from the sort date selection drop down.

To change the task view's sort order select the sort order the sort order selection dropdown.
