Integration with Jitsi Meet

 

tiHelpdesk is not affiliated with Jitsi Meet and does not receive any financial incentive for promoting their services.

 

Integration with Free Jitsi is a cost effective video conferencing solution for use with the help desk's integrated conference calling. There are no additional usage charges imposed by Free Jitsi.  Conference calling is free and at the end of Free Jitsi calls advertisements may be displayed by Free Jitsi.

 

Integration with this provider does not offer the ability to brand the integrated video calls and does not offer the ability to restrict access to video calls through the tiHelpdesk instance.  Attendees can join the video call directly by having access to the free Jitsi conference room name.

 

Call recordings are handled through DropBox and are not displayed  in the integrated video call history tab for downloading.
