The original task or issue text body and replies support the inclusion of inline images inside the body of the support task and reply messages. To insert an image into the message body a user can copy the image to the clipboard and paste the image into the reply body where you want the image to appear. A user can also insert an image by clicking on the insert image button in the tool bar above the text dialog. Insert Paragraph Before
Clicking the Insert Paragraph Before button inserts a blank paragrah before the image. This is useful in the case where the user wants to add more text before to the help desk task above an image that has been inserted in the body.
Clicking the Insert Paragraph After button inserts a blank paragraph after the image. This is useful in the case where the user wants to add more text to the help desk task after an image that has been inserted in the body text.
Hovering over an image that has been placed inside a help desk task's body or reply text will cause the border of the image to display in a highlighted yellow color as shown below. Selecting the image will cause the border to display in a blue color as shown in the image above
Not all features may be available to all users. Features and options depend on user permissions and subscription level.
