Help Desk - Detail Views

 

Detail views display the details about an object that has been selected in the currently active list view on the dashboard.  For more information about lists please see the Lists help topic. Different objects details that are available for viewing include help desk and support Task Details, Company Details, Products and Groups Details, Staff and Agents Details. Each detail panel displays data specific to the object being displayed. Depending on user permissions and subscription level, different data object panels and their available functions will vary.
