Task Status Settings and Options

 
Add custom Status values and define List display colors for each task or issue based on its status. Define the field caption associated with the "Status " field that displays for Agents and Staff and Consumer Users. Set the field visibility and requirements for Agents and Staff and Consumer Users when submitting a new task or issue or editing and existing task or issue.
 
Editing and modifying the available task or issue statuses and related settings may not be available depending on the subscription level.
